One of the most famous scenic spots in Grand Teton National Park is Oxbow Bend, with Mt Moran as a stunning backdrop. Early morning and dusk are the best times to spot wildlife. The oxbow was created as the river's faster water eroded the outer bank while the slower inner flow deposited sediment.
